How we insure your package
When an order gets placed we take out 3rd party insurance on your package based on the types of shears and model numbers used.
Should anything happen in the mail if you let us know what shears are coming we have you covered. If you leave this blank it's too late for us to retroactively do something.
While its incredibly rare to have issues in the mail we know how important these shears are and we take the necessary steps to protect your investment whenever possible.

About our return mailing label
When an order is placed we generate a return label with a unique tracking ID that links to your order. You should get this label within 24 hours of purchasing sharpening. Because each label is unique in order to make sure its properly insured and has the right return address information we cant currently automate this process.
If you have one of our existing prepaid sharpening envelopes already you are welcome to use those. Please just include your order number and fill out the return postage information in the upper corner. This makes it much easier to match orders to customers and can help the turn around time on your service.
